This project has been designed as a student work. The design brief has been to create an administration building for Greenpeace on the river Rhine at the „Rheinauhafen“ in cologne.

The building should symbolise its users dynamic and should be build in organic materials.

To prevent high water damage the main levels have been elevated above the highest expectable water level.

Solar technology and the use of the rivers current should help to minimise the external energy supply.
