Great Kneighton, Cambridge

A RIBA Award 2018 winner & Housing Design Award 2013 winner and a major residential scheme for one of the fastest growing communities in Europe.

The design team behind this project came from Tate Hindle Ltd., London.

Once all three phases are finished by 2017 it will accomodate 229 house and apartment units in very close neighbourhood to the largest research centre for biotechnic in the world.

The landscape and scale of the buildings are carefully arranged to allow for a good balance between its natural surrounding and village character.

The first phase of the project was completed at the beginning of 2014.
