This office building is the first highrise timber hybrid construction in Frankfurt.

It is located at the Europaallee next to the FAZ-Tower.

​

Originally planned as an hotel 

based on its location next to the Frankfurt exhibition center.

​

Due to the covid pandemic, plans change and the scheme was converted info a felxible office building for unit sizes from 70 - 400 sqm on each floor level.
